1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Hotel Aerostar Gold ("we," "our," "us"), making a reservation, or staying at our property, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and guests who access or use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All room reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to secure your booking. By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.1 Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reservation details, check-in/check-out times, and hotel policies. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

2.2 Group Bookings

For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, different terms and cancellation policies may apply. Please contact our sales team directly at +91 97739 47995 for group booking arrangements.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

3.1 Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund (minus applicable fees).
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: Full first-night charge will apply.
  • No-show: Full booking amount will be charged with no refund.

3.2 Non-Refundable Bookings

Some promotional rates or special offers may be non-refundable. These bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. The non-refundable policy will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

Important: Please note that cancellation policies may vary during peak seasons, holidays, and special events. We recommend reviewing your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1 Check-in Time

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to request early check-in.

4.2 Check-out Time

Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges:

  • Check-out between 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: 25% of daily room rate
  • Check-out between 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM: 50% of daily room rate
  • Check-out after 6:00 PM: Full daily room rate will be charged

4.3 Identification

All guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification (Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driver's License) at the time of check-in as per local laws and regulations. International guests must present their valid passport and valid visa.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit Cards (All major Indian banks)
  • Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Cash (Indian Rupees only)
  • Corporate billing (with prior approval)

5.2 Pre-authorization

At check-in, we may pre-authorize your credit card for the full amount of your stay plus an incidental deposit. This pre-authorization will be released upon check-out, but your bank may take several business days to process the release.

5.3 Taxes

All room rates are subject to applicable taxes as per Government of India regulations. Current GST rates (12% for room tariffs above ₹1000) will be applied to your booking.

6. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

6.1 House Rules

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other guests, staff, and property. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict any guest who:

  • Causes disturbance or nuisance to other guests
  • Damages hotel property or equipment
  • Engages in illegal activities on the premises
  • Violates hotel policies including smoking in non-smoking rooms
  • Exceeds maximum occupancy limits for their room type

6.2 Noise Policy

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests during these hours. Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms.

6.3 Damages and Theft

Guests are financially responsible for any damages to hotel property caused by them or their visitors. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's registered credit card or added to the final bill. Theft of hotel property will result in immediate eviction and legal action.

7. Smoking Policy

Hotel Aerostar Gold is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, common areas, and facilities. A minimum cleaning fee of ₹5,000 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in a non-smoking room. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel premises.

8. Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises. Only service animals that assist guests with disabilities are permitted. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require accommodation for a service animal. Documentation may be required.

9. Liability Limitation

Hotel Aerostar Gold shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of guest belongings. We strongly recommend that guests use the in-room safety lockers for valuables. The hotel's liability for any incident is limited to the amount paid for the room night.

We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, water supply issues, or government regulations.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Hotel Aerostar Gold reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any person at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to overbooking, unforeseen circumstances, or violations of our terms and conditions.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hotel Aerostar Gold and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

13. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

15. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, or labor disputes. In such events, the hotel shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation.
